Rise Talent is a talent engagement agency for startups and growing tech driven companies. They help hire diverse and talent teams to drive success and world class products. We were approached by Rise Talent’s founders to create an identity and online presence for their newly founded agency; including brand creation and a website that demonstrated their values and approach to talent engagement.
Experience, Passion, Energy
Founded by two professionals with a background in recruitment spanning 20 years the founders needed the brand to communicate their colourful experience. Working for agencies, silicon valley tech companies and some of London’s biggest startups had infused their passion for talent engagement. We needed to encapsulate this energy and translate it into an identity that connected with startups and scale ups.
Colourful, approachable and confident.
We developed the Rise Talent brand, incorporating fluid curves rising upwards to convey the notion of rising and scaling. The colour palette took inspiration from a rainbow to bring warmth, playfulness and confidence to the brand. The logo was paired with a clean, no-fuss typeface to appear both approachable and fluid. We designed and built the website, in which we built upon the brand, working with abstract curved shapes, colour blocking and photography that put the people behind Rise Talent at the forefront of the design.
